bad customer service and very old school, not coming back
i recently went to dr vander waal to get some medical forms filled out so i could get my full disability in nov 2022 many months later i found out that dr vander waal never turned in the medical forms and he turned me down.glad he got his license taken away. never got my full disability because of his mistake.
Update: I’m done here. I called ahead twice to verify I didn’t need an appointment for bloodwork or to bring anything. Nope, just show up in the morning. I took time off work. Fasted. Then sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes (!) to be shown to a room. Request for lipid panel denied because they needed it ordered from a doctor. I’d need an appointment. After 30 years I’m done. All my family will go elsewhere. Bridge burned. One stop shopping. Dr. Vanderwaal does it all. He has been the G.P. with 4 generations of my family.... read more
