I got a bone stimulator with the idea it would help strengthen my bone that had been broken. After using it for a few months the Dr. told me my bone wasn't healing so a $2000 item which doesn't help & I'm still paying on it. The people there are nice but the stimulator was too expensive.

Incredibly expensive as others have said. Billed my insurance over $1200 for a back brace that you can buy for much less. After insurance I still owed $222 which in my opinion is more than it is worth. Medical insurance is so very expensive because of companies like this who are making an absolute killing on medical devices. Gave them the ID number for my L & I claim but they don't seem to know or understand what to do with it, I have been trying to clear this up for 6 ******* months now and I'm tired of it, this is borderline harassment, next bill I get goes to my lawyer, learn how to handle L& I claims or get out of the business.

They will over charge you for very inexpensive things such as foot braces or arm braces. Horrible people work here who will try to scam you. 410$ for a foot brace that costs 50$. If you have to go here because of your insurance make sure not accept anything that you can buy yourself and also tell them that you know of their shady practices.

Nolan and Megan were just awesome, coordinating with my surgeon and insurance. Nolan was terrific in explaining everything about my knee brace.
