I called three weeks ago to get a special knee brace due to an injury. I have to go here since this is only place to take my insurance. When I called, Aaron answered and said the office is appointment only. And he would call me right back to make an appointment. Never heard from him since. And now... no answer and his voice-mail is full so I can't even leave another message. Meanwhile my knee is screwed and still no help. Gee thanks Pacific Medical.

Continue to send bills that are not mine... No customer service available to speak with to resolve incorrect billing.
My experiences with this company have been great. They take the time to listen and explain everything. All my questions are answered and they do their best to help with contacting my doctors. All of my braces are excellent and hold up to my falls and disability. Thank you
Great customer service and the practitioners there are fantastic and great to work with!! Would recommend to anyone.
