We started using Pacific Medical, Pac med, about 9 years ago. Nat was amazing! He bent over backwards to help my wife get started on her prosthetic journey. She is a bellow the knee amputee. Since then she has followed Nat to the Medford location and has always been taken care of. Her prosthetics are top notch and care has always been taken to make sure that she has safe, comfortable, and cutting edge components to match her active lifestyle. Keep up good work.
I have known Nat for many years, has always shown care and experience. Spectrum always had me coming back because my leg would be to short causing back problems. Tasha at pacific medical always has my sleeves and liners in time so adequate I won't have to walk without support ,and sge is always pleasant and professional. Thank you Steve for addressing the misunderstanding of my purchase and making the situation right.
Like pulling teeth to get these guys to help you after they sell you the prosthetic. I got cast five months ago, at 155 pounds, I weigh 190 pounds now and lots of muscle and I have fought them tooth and nail to get a new socket. I would be very careful here.
