Unfortunately gave this company 22 years of exemplary service then asked to leave by the ceo who no longer supported my position within the company that he just 9 months prior promoted me in to. So much for loyalty. Anything to cut costs I guess.

They could fix their accounting system
I have the same experience as most here. This company severely overprices their products. The BOA Duel TLSO backbrace that I received during a visit to the hospital ER was billed for $1510. Insurance covered $950.46, but honestly you can find these selling online in the $400-700 range. I hope that more hospitals take notice in the future, leading to loss of business contracts and ultimately bankruptcy. Their lack of business integrity is appalling.
I was offered a sling at the urgent care center that I went to after breaking my wrist. It was too small for me, but I took it anyway because I didn't know I had other options for obtaining one at the time. When I received a bill in the mail, I found out that they were charging my insurance company $120.00 for a product I used for about a week and that I could have easily obtained from Walmart for about $10.00. Absurdly overcharging patients for DME (medical equipment) that they supply hospitals/instacare/doctors offices. I knew the sling I got would be more expensive than buying at a local drugstore, but $120 for a basic sling available under $25 elsewhere is ridiculous.
120.00 for a plain cloth sling? No wonder my surgeon asked if I brought a sling. Had I known I would have spent 20 at store
