We have been working with PMDS for some time now, and when was looking the up on the web, I saw the only other review with 1 star and thought it to be unfair. I'm sorry that person had a negative experience, but we have always had a good experience with them, especially with their IT support department (thanks Alex!).

I guess I'm generous with even one star because I have been trying to get in contact with someone from this company for over three weeks now to evaluate their Medical Billing services. I have left multiple messages and I was informed that I would receive a call back; that never happened. I don't understand how anyone can survive in this business climate without an excellent customer experience.
