I just started here about 2 months ago, already I have big issues. The communication between staff regarding you, is horrible. I needed a referral to their clinics. So in the notes on MyChart, a nurse apparently, and according to her, said she left many messages on my answering machine and I have not returned her call. 1) I DO NOT have my voice mail set up. I would like to thank my provider Dr. GAO and his team for all the great limitless attention to help me get in a better health status. Today Apr10th021 I got the first dose of covid19 vaccine, all the staff and the volunteers were beyond words fir such a smooth and well organized process. I’m so grateful for their big efforts and time .
