I had a wonderful experience working with Pacific Medical with a brace and CPM machine for an ACL injury/surgery. During a very stressful time Mitchell was very kind and caring. He took extra time to explain the CPM machine to me twice. While I had the CPM at home I experienced a small issue with it on a Saturday. I called Mitchell. He immediately returned my call and sent the on-call rep to my home to remedy my issue! Very promptly. On a Saturday !!!!!! The staff here is amazing 🙂 got my brace from them over 2 years ago ( very good experience then) and needed some touch ups on the Velcro, the staff member that answered the phone was friendly and made sure I knew she was on top of helping me get it fixed. After hearing back from Nate I had an appointment the next morning and my brace is phenomenal again! I definitely recommend this company!!

Excellent customer service. Worked with Kendall, she was very sweet to work with , communicated well with me on meeting up to check me out on a CPM machine for hip surgery, very responsive ,the day before we were to pick it up. Drop off was easy , highly recommend this company
