We brought a flagstaff 5th wheeler 31ft long from Pacific Marine& RV and had our tow vechile brake down in there drive way. Tim the owner organised a machanic and we had to have the tow vichile towed .Tim put us up in the sales yard with power and water which turned into a week. We have never had such kindness so a huge thank you to Tim and his team. Reards Philip & Carol Bryant
Tim offered amazing service and even added extras. Very happy. Great service, very happy.
Very disappointing experience. I visited the shop genuinely looking to purchase a Jet Ski, but unfortunately felt judged by the way I was dressed and was spoken to in a very condescending manner. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their appearance. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending this shop.
I had a boat registration issue and I dealt with the Manager Alex. He was friendly, professional and sorted everything out quickly.
