Very disappointing experience. I visited the shop genuinely looking to purchase a Jet Ski, but unfortunately felt judged by the way I was dressed and was spoken to in a very condescending manner. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their appearance. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Sadly, I won’t be returning or recommending this shop.
I had a boat registration issue and I dealt with the Manager Alex. He was friendly, professional and sorted everything out quickly.

My experience with pacific marine was exceptional. I was served by Garry, Roger and Alex. This is my first boat and I am a newbie into boating. First time I went there was around 4:50pm on a Friday evening. And Roger was there who helped me out. I was expecting to receive some rushed service being a Friday evening with only 10mins left to closing down. We bought our Midlander caravan and Tow vehicle from here. We cant recommend a better place for service. We found them easy to work with, warranty work , insurance, advice non is a problem.
