Extremely helpful. We needed a small item quickly. Saager was very helpful and professional, met the courier that I sent in, and took care of us.

Terrible customer service and return policy. Spent $700 on a seat that doesn't fit in my vehicle. They won't process a return because it was an online purchase. Avoid these clowns at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.
