I had the best Yacht service experience ever. Shawn Clark (owner) was very responsive to my request for service. He promptly returned my phone call and despite being very busy, managed to send "Helvie" to provide a77 nearly immediate response. She arrived to my boat on time as scheduled the day after I spoke with Shawn. Helvie is ABYC certified, and quickly diagnosed the problems, identified the replacement components, obtained them from 2 different local sources, and installed them very efficiently. Jason was very accommodating in diagnosing and efficiently resolving an electrical problem. This was an unusual system for him but found the voltage regulator to be bad. The new one needed tedious programming to match the parameters of the old one for a lithium battery based system. All good, first time right. Very trustworthy business - I heartily recommend them.
