Edit. This is my update to an ongoing situation with this dealer where I bought my mobile home. I had cracks in my drywall. Mike and Jessica sent Reuben to repair them. Rather than using a ladder he stood on my dryer in my laundry room and damaged it. There official response is to deny responsibility for the damaged dryer. They said their guy didn’t do it. We purchased our AUD from Save On sight unseen and could not be happier. Cindy and Mike explained everything in detail down to the last cabinet door. Cindy had all the info on the interior and exterior of the home. Cindy took whatever time she needed to go into all the details, any questions we had she would explain in minute detail. The level of service this company has provided me is unacceptable. I have a new home. I have three exterior doors that are in need of repair. One interior door. I presented the problem to Mike and Jessica in June. These people have promised to send someone to fix the problems since June. It’s now November. These people will no longer reply to numerous emails I’ve sent. I guess I’m out of luck. Mike Taylor and Jessica Anderson are dishonest representatives of this company.
