My wife and I, ( Patricia ), bought our Clayton home from them. Kat was awesome, and we are very happy with our home. When you go there to inquire about or buy a home, ask for Kat, she's the best.
I am so disappointed. I was told by Kathleen Brickley that she had quite a bit of work to do to come up with a price for me. I waited and waited. Excited. Then 7 days later she sends me a message referring me to another company that doesn’t service my area according to their website. Wow!! How disappointing. Just a simple little job.
The day before Halloween of 2023, our house with everything we owned burnt to the ground. We went to Pacific Homes to see what they could do for us. Kathleen Brickley assisted us and we decided to purchase. She opened up escrow and during the whole process, she kept us updated. Her professionalism and dedication in doing all the leg work, from permits and scheduling the delivery of our home, really helped us appreciate her efforts.
