The doctors were professional by answering all my initial questions so that I understood what to expect every step of the way. I waited to write this review. I had a really bad experience here. In late 2024 I got chin lipo under Dr. Heidi. From the start, it was a lot of miscommunication, and lack of info given. I had just turned 40, and Dr. Heidi led me to believe she could tighten up my chin and give me the smooth results I was looking for. I paid for the lipo and J. plasma to give even tighter results.
