If I had the ability, I would give this establishment a zero rating. The service I received was subpar, and the results I did not obtain were a significant disappointment. **UPDATED REVIEW AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE** How does a doctor perform a surgery and then not be available when a patient has a postoperative concern? Bivens primarily works in San Diego (which was not shared with me before my surgery) and is only in Newport every other weekend. Once again, this response takes absolutely no accountability for their doctor. And bringing up “before and after photos” completely misses the point. I recommend Dr. Hoang, she is excellent and very kind.
I was so scared about getting surgery and coming to pacific lipo was my best decision they made me feel so comfortable and supported all of the staff are welcoming and super nice i definitely would recommend 10/10 .
