They bought out the towels service I’d been using for 30 years and we are 3 weeks in with this company and they don’t leave enough when they delivered last week and today is delivery day and they never delivered. Now my salon has no towels for stylists to do clients with. Tried to call them and can’t get a person on the phone. Now I have to wash towels for the salon tonight so we have towels tomorrow so the stylists can work. I have never in 30 plus years had a no show for towel delivery.
Lost my uniforms and they take no responsibility nor do they replace my lost garments.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE AND HONESTY
