New vinyl fence fell apart after first storm. My deck lights have never fully operated they blink constantly and they are different colors. I was promised that they would come back to repair the lights and they stopped responding to text messages and phone calls. They also stole pavers from my yard. Worst experience.

Diego and his team were absolutely wonderful! They created beautiful cement work and backyard stairs for us, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Kind, courteous, and always on time—their craftsmanship really stands out. Highly recommend!

My experience with this pacific landscaping company was very disappointing. From the beginning, there was poor communication, failure to meet the agreed timeline, and the final work did not match what was promised or meet professional standards. Customer service was also lacking, and when I tried to address the issues, I did not receive a proper solution. My family was eagerly looking to freshen up our backyard before summer. After looking at multiple landscaping companies we came across Pacific Landscaping & Masonry. Diego was so informative and helpful in helping us clean up our yard. He even gave us great feedback on what to keep and remove in our yard. He was informative and genuine. Diego and his team did an amazing job installing block around our below grade window wells. Their work was very neat from start to finish. They take great pride in their works and it shows. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and would absolutely use their services again!
