I called asking for an irrigation leak inspection, said they could check it out later that afternoon and to text them the address. Did not show up. Called again next day, said they were currently on the way to the address, again never showed up. Texted them the third day again for updates and never received any response. I called in a panic because I realized that my sprinklers were on overnight! I’m scared of what this 12hr water bill will be. I called Pacific Landscape Service & they came the same day & helped shut my system off, gave me a quote, & educated me on how everything worked & how to replace the system myself if I chose that route.
