They decided to repaint the patios and exterior without properly organizing the parking situation. They’re covering some people’s cars with plastic and tape, and some cars just exposed & likely getting paint on them from the overspray & wind. I’d definitely check your car for overspray. Why not just block off the parking temporarily rather than touching people’s car & risking overspray? i use to live hear once upon a time and it was definitely a better place when Elizabet was the manager…. It’s ok and i understand things happen but man it was really wonderful back then when she was in charge after she left things weren’t getting done and it sad because it was a new community
I want to start by saying I really do love my apartment overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding a first-floor unit. The noise from upstairs is extremely disruptive—it genuinely sounds like heavy stomping whenever my neighbors walk, and it happens at all hours, including early mornings between 4:30–6:30 AM, waking us up daily. *Updating to 5 stars* Now I doubt these improvements happen solely because of my review however every issue I mentioned has been resolved. The landscaping has been trimmed down everywhere, the grass has been mowed, and the absolute best part is the children’s park is now clean! I avoided using it for almost 2 years because of the grime and today we were able to enjoy it! I love living here. But unfortunately the parking is horrible youd think there would be a spot but working late nights I always have to park outside of the gate next to the high school. It’s not bad it’s just a little inconvenient. I’ve lived here Seven years and the parking has only gotten worse they even painted reserve parking spots to take up more spots than needed.
