*Updating to 5 stars* Now I doubt these improvements happen solely because of my review however every issue I mentioned has been resolved. The landscaping has been trimmed down everywhere, the grass has been mowed, and the absolute best part is the children’s park is now clean! I avoided using it for almost 2 years because of the grime and today we were able to enjoy it! I love living here. But unfortunately the parking is horrible youd think there would be a spot but working late nights I always have to park outside of the gate next to the high school. It’s not bad it’s just a little inconvenient. I’ve lived here Seven years and the parking has only gotten worse they even painted reserve parking spots to take up more spots than needed.
So we’ve been here about 2 years but are definitely moving in once our lease is up, We loved this place for the first year, but after that, it’s really too expensive for what you get. My biggest problem here is the parking is ridiculous. There’s so many people who have reserved spots, but they are not utilizing it so they’re taking parking spots from people who don’t have those reserve spots and the apartment doesn’t care cause they’re getting that money And now they added electric car parking, which is great, but not that m... read more
Aggresive dogs on property. Alot of crime. Theft. Plates stolen & save the call authorities to report, as you know they always are & why they always at the apartments. Do your job as a manager keeping gates secured, security, cameras, better backround checks before approving someone to move in, meet dogs & stop allowing aggresive ones. Does your community insurqnce even allow pits wonder if they are aware. It's you the manager job to keep the apartments safe & livable, not anyone else. I had a wonderful four year experience as a first time renter living at Pacific Landing Gated Apartments. I rented a one bedroom apartment with beautiful counter tops, refrigerator, washer & dryer, computer area, Living/dinning room, nice size bedroom, with a large walk-in closet, nice size bathroom w/shower & tub, linen closet, a small extra closet, a nice size patio, and my own garage.
