I would strongly advise avoiding Kia Caloundra. Over the course of a couple of years I’ve had repeated problems, each costing me unnecessary time, stress, and wasted effort. Every visit seemed to create another issue rather than resolve one. It began with something as simple as a key battery replacement. Just walked in to have a look at the new Kia Tasman And was greeted by a mature female sales person who was so condescending that I had to leave. I had barely had a chance to say anything before she started being negative about the 2022 KIA carnival i was driving??? What the ??? She Then proceeded to get aggressive and condescending.. Good luck to you guys with people like that on your staff!
I no longer take my Kia to the Caloundra dealership. Rarely was I ever able to get someone on the phone and had to resort to visiting the dealership in order to book a service. When I did book the service it was significantly higher in cost than I was quoted elsewhere. The dealership offered to reduce their initial costing once I told them I was going elsewhere. After having some recall issues with my car & calling my local Kia dealers (Rothwell & Morayfield) to find they were of no help & basically told me to keep driving the car for 4-6 weeks until they had time to look at it I called pacific Kia. Courtney asked me to bring the car up to them & she would have someone sort it on the spot. Very caring. Comfortable waiting area with cofee. Car washed and vacuumed as well as car being serviced in good time. I would recommend them to you.
