I recently called to book my car in for a service and was disappointed with the interaction. The staff member I spoke with, Tony, was consistently short and blunt throughout the call, and the overall communication came across as very rude. Towards the end of the conversation, the call was ended abruptly on her end, whilst I was still in the middle of thanking her for her assistance. The interaction lacked the level of professionalism and courtesy I would expect when making a simple booking.
We had a very good experience when we bought our new Sportage GT last month Shannon was very helpful and informative in fact everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Just a good experience all round thanks Joe and Sue Wilkinson.

I bought an ex demo Kia K4 Sedan from Pacific Caloundra with Stephen and Shannon. Shannon the young sales lady that I dealt with had excellent customer service and followup. She always had the time to help with any questions that I may of had about the car.
