The staff is remarkable. Caring, compassionate, deeply knowledgeable, and with a passionate hunger to help people. As far as I’m concerned , this is the best kept secret around. Pacific ketamine Institute has helped me with my chronic pain from a number of medical issues. They are extremely welcoming and kind and check on you throughout the infusion. They gave me my own room, secluded headphones to block out sound so I could relax and focus on feeling better, getting out of pain, and for other people (me included) helping my mood! Miracles don't happen every day but I've seen them at pacific ketamine. My loved one went into treatment after suffering for a long time with standard depression meds and the results of ketamine infusion were incredible in the first hour alone. Now having completed 6 sessions the results have been amazing and long lasting. Andy, Andrew, Dr Steuer and the staff are so loving and create a safee space for healing.
