3 calls and messages left. One email and no response. Months upon months. Too late, will be using another dealership to purchase 2 x new vehicles from. Pathetic service, next level incompetence

We brought our Jag from here and had a great experience however today all that came undone by their service department. My husband drove the Jag for its booked in service to be told it’s out of warranty and he had to pay for it! We brought the car in Jan2021 with a 5 year warranty - that makes it Dec2025 in our calculations. Regardless of this - nothing was mentioned when we booked the car in. Lost a key for a Jaguar, so 3 months later, finally ordered a replacement at nearly a $1000 . Due to someone finding the key ,8 hours later I tried to cancel, but apparently, Jaguar's policy negates any cancellationwhatever ! . It hardly had time for the order in England to be placed , let alone processed .I stated I was a pensioner , & offered to pay any costs associated with a cancellation. 1st time customer and I was served by Piper, what a great experience, she was on top of everything, the owner should know that she represented the brand very well and I left feeling great about the experience and the brand, Piper even stayed back whilst I was running late to pick up my car, this type of service is rare today. 110%happy.
