Lost a key for a Jaguar, so 3 months later, finally ordered a replacement at nearly a $1000 . Due to someone finding the key ,8 hours later I tried to cancel, but apparently, Jaguar's policy negates any cancellationwhatever ! . It hardly had time for the order in England to be placed , let alone processed .I stated I was a pensioner , & offered to pay any costs associated with a cancellation. 1st time customer and I was served by Piper, what a great experience, she was on top of everything, the owner should know that she represented the brand very well and I left feeling great about the experience and the brand, Piper even stayed back whilst I was running late to pick up my car, this type of service is rare today. 110%happy.

The worst experience I've ever had buying anything. After having waited a prolonged period of time to receive my car, it had very few of the options I had requested. Poor communication throughout. Very disappointing!
