If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Isuzu has been extremely disappointing, particularly with Marcus, the Sales Manager, who has been incredibly unhelpful in trying to resolve an issue that Isuzu has already acknowledged and accepted responsibility for. I purchased a brand-new Isuzu MU-X, which was delivered with significant swirl scratching across the entire vehicle. This my story: - Bought a 2026 Isuzu 4x4 3.0L MUX LS-T (June 2026) - Thank you to Jarrad the salesman - he gave me space and time to think, zero pressure.....personally speaking, a nice individual. - Dan the finance guy ----> their internal finance BEAT the multiple finance options (rate and options) that I got from 2 x online finance brokers and 1 bank. - Dealership manager (I forgot your name sorry) - no issues, no pressure and guided me towards internal finance just to compare (thank you).

Really very happy with my experience with Pacific Isuzu Maroochydore. Salesman Rhyan Mueller was excellent. Listened well to what I wanted. Polite and unassuming without any salesman pushy nonsense. He knew all the important details about the vehicles and alined that with exactly what I wanted. Very impressed! All of the staff I dealt with were competent, professional and personable. Great overall experience.
