PIM is amazing. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, kind, patient, or supportive. I’ve been having everything that could go wrong this year- go wrong and they had my back through the difficulties. It’s taken over a year to get to the point I’m at now with my sleep journey and they have been at the side lines lately helping me remember the goal. I wish everywhere I went in life was as wonderful as this place. Debbie, Jessica, Jackie, and whomever made the final call on helping me today- I couldn’t be more grateful. Mahalo.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Pacific Island Medical (PIM) Inc. When they initially came to my home, the convenience was great, and I expected the rest of the process to be just as smooth. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill. I confirmed that they can bill my secondary insurance (CHAMPVA) even without a contract, but they repeatedly chose not to.
