I had made an appointment for attic insulation estimation through their website, and received a confirmation text message regarding the appointment the evening before. However on the morning of the appointment, no one showed up. I called the office nearly 30 min past the appointment time to ensure that they were not lost, but was told that whoever was scheduled to come for the estimation had “gone to another job site” — per appointment confirmation “Johnny” was supposed to come.
