Extremely Great Service-Someone looking for free $ got shot down PHVAC prides themselves on great service. The Poor rating below is from a contractor's customer who tried to return a piece of equipment that was purchased by their contractor and the supply company would not let them return it. The contractor needs to return it. PS the unit was already installed to boot. NO RETURNS on already installed equipment. Boo Hoo
