Location is handy to station (Roma), and easy walk into CBD. Great staff - both at reception and bar. Room was clean but could do with updating - looking very tired.

Hotel Managers could not care less Fake apologies. Carpet smell ; bathroom drains stench, through out room. bathroom floor flooded for days. balcony floor flooded after rain. Reception blamed it on tilers or plumber. Reception refused to provide DISINFECTANT for drains or provide another room. Other rooms were available
