Central,clean and convenient.
Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing rooms and amenities with beautiful views. The carpark is a nightmare but everything else is excellent. Will definitely stay again.
Building work going on so lifts were taking 5-10mins at time to get to floor 8. Hot and humid room due to poor aircon. Could not use balcony as was right next to scaffolding and building work, that was not mentioned.
Generally clean and ok hotel. But please don’t make anyone stay in the rooms right next to or underneath the rooms with construction work. The walls and floors are paper thin and every little noice is increasingly loud. I was woken up at 6:15am by construction which continued basically until 8am, when I had to leave anyways. Despite me calling the reception twice, and the lady just said “they are not supposed to start before 8am” - then please take away the room keys until then.
