5 stars to Brett for solving my hot water system issue so promptly. My family is so grateful to him for coming early on a Saturday to make sure we had hot water running over the weekend 🙌 Top quality service, highly recommend! 😁

Very impressed with the quick and very thorough service on our hot water system we had a previous plumber unable to find the problem and it required some extra troubleshooting to find out exactly what was going wrong. Brett's communication was clear and saved us from having to replace the whole system. Couldn't be happier will use you again in the future thankyou Brett

My first point of call was Brett who was very helpful and informative over the phone he came over the same day removed the old system and the next morning the new one was installed.Service was wonderful and I thank him and his team for providing such great service. Highly recommend this company.

Woke up to a cold shower at 6 am. One call to Brett at 7oclock.. which was promptly answered and a new hot water system was installed by 10am. Courteous, quality, efficient service and the best hot shower we’ve had in years.

Brett came the day I called to fix my hot water system, which was great. 4 days later I was going overseas and I still hadn’t received an invoice. I then forgot about it due to my trip. My sister was housesitting and was woken by banging on the door at 7am three days later and Brett spoke to her really rudely. Very poor form to do this, she didn’t deserve to be spoken to like this, and neither would have I had I been home. I would not recommend this business, nor use again.
