Brett came the day I called to fix my hot water system, which was great. 4 days later I was going overseas and I still hadn’t received an invoice. I then forgot about it due to my trip. My sister was housesitting and was woken by banging on the door at 7am three days later and Brett spoke to her really rudely. Very poor form to do this, she didn’t deserve to be spoken to like this, and neither would have I had I been home. I would not recommend this business, nor use again.
Really great service from Brett, he replaced our leaking hot water system and was very prompt with great communication about when he would arrive. The job was really done well with all the pipes lagged . Very impressed.
Wouldn't touch this firm with a 10 foot pole.so rude,and un professional.
Can't fault this hot water service, 2nd hot water systems replaced by them in the last 6 months, first was at a rental in corlette now at my new home. Quick response, turns up when they say. Reasonable prices. Nice to have trades that do as advertised. Highly recommend
