This is a crappy hospital do not take your loved ones here my brother was discharged today and they almost dropped him they are unprofessional when I had called to get a update on my brother the nurse Araceli hung up on me this hospital is crap and they discharged my brother with him not being able to stand or walk and my brother is on dialysis and low blood pressure so if something happens to my brother from their negligence we will be in contact with our lawyer
This hospital sucks???smell so bad bathroom broken stink. The lobby so small . Call people every 5 or 8 hrs
Mohamed is very rude I keep calling because I just want information on a few questions I have but claims he can’t give me answers yet won’t let me ask or even talk before he already hangs up.
Terrible staff in my situation. I was calling to get information about my mom and a so called mohamed kept ignoring me and hung up on me many times. Terrible service I am very worried. This is a place where the people who are there should be safe and to my perspective the patients do not seem to be in a safe area. The doctors as well didn’t even see my mother.
They staff are wasting time, it's disgusting attitude to people. !!!!
