Maryann and her team are simply the best! High quality Motorhomes with superb customer service. Am a repeat customer and very much value the family business approach! Nothing is too much trouble. All members of the team are lovely and helpful. We have been with Pacific Horizon for 3 years now and wouldn’t consider going with anyone else. See you next year!
We used Pacific Horizon to travel from Wellington to Tauranga so we could watch our son play football at AIMS games. Their staff spent a hour explaining how to use everything before we set off. We were also given a detail manual in case we needed to check anything. They have phone support too, but we had no issues during our trip so didn’t need to contact them. The van was for two people. Outstanding experience!
We recently rented a 6 berth motorhome. We traveled up north to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The service was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The vehicle was in excellent shape, easy to drive and so convenient that we really couldn't fault a thing. We decided short notice to take the trip so Maryann spent some time with us to pick which one suited our needs. We were really happy with the entire experience. Thank you team. Will definitely recommend our friends to use your services.
Filled incorrect fuel, was told that insurance (paid including zero excess) only covers accidental collisions. Verbal tour of the campervan after hire did not caution that insurance does not cover incorrect fuel. Mechanics bill did not add up right, overcharged $100. Asked around and was told that rv and auto shop go back a long way. Was not provide name of the insurance company and policy number.
