This service was the worst experience I had ever experienced. Had an appointment with a phone notification reminder and apparently I don't have an appointment. People were selective on who they helped and talked to. They made me wait for 4 hours for a diagnostic and they never diagnosed the problem. Service advisor changed the rate because take note, he squeezed me in. Had 4 people working on the desk and only one was actually working, like a chicken with a head cut off. Went there on Saturday morning regarding smell from fan and AC without having appointment. Had to wait 40 mins in line just to speak with someone (not their fault). Received friendly and professional service, checked my cabin filter right at parking lot to see if it needs to be replaced (it was gross and had to be replaced). Got it done the same day, talked to 4 different people, everyone showed great customer service. It’s no surprise that this dealership has the lowest rating in Vancouver. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Victor, the person I dealt with when I brought in a tire for repair, was very rude. He raised his voice at me and even hung up the phone. This kind of behavior should never be acceptable, especially from someone who works with customers.
