I took my car for service on June 14. Victor helped me check in my car and explain all services needs and available for my car. His customer service was excellent. My car was ready much earlier than what expected. I want to take this chance to thanks him again. I love Honda. Thank you Victor again. See you next year.
Extremely disappointing experience at this location. I came in on April 20th for a recall appointment that was supposed to be done by 5 PM. Instead, I was left waiting for over an hour with no explanation. Then, without my consent, I was taken to a third-party rental company even though I never requested a rental. To make it worse, the recall wasn’t even completed — my time was completely wasted. The staff member named Victor was especially unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. they sold me a honda fit 4y ago... and an "insurance"... then now I took my car to check about a noise... they changed the breaks - ??? It was 1.2k!!!! Then they told me that I need to change now other 3 things. I have always changed the oil... my car seems and feels new besides the motor noise when I turn it on. They or sold me lame car, or are asking me for a lot of money 🤑 = they said that to fix that motor noise it's actually 5.6k now... What about the breaks??? The honda fit is 2017 and has now 90.000.
