I recently visited Honda and had an excellent experience. Shahryar was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. Truly one of the best salespeople I’ve dealt with. I also want to thank Sam, the manager, for his warm attitude and great customer service. The whole team made my experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Pacific Honda, North Vancouver. On September 5th, 2025, I brought my car in for a routine oil change, and after retrieving it, I discovered that several personal items from my vehicle’s center armrest compartment were missing, including a gold wedding ring, $400 in cash, coins, and my personal perfume.
