I bought my new car. Joel is the best man to go to for new car. I had an amazing experience as Joel was knowledgeable, friendly, cooperative and flexible in terms of organising everything for the car including accessories like bonnet protector, weather shields and window tinting. $700 wasted when the repair I was quoted for by Pacific Honda Gympie did not fix the issue. I was charged another $150 to finally fix it. Refused to refund the $700, which I was assured would fix the problem. Thieves, do not care about their customers. 1 star is too good.
