We paid a nearly $9,000 deposit over a month ago. Since then there has been no updates on scheduling despite multiple communications via email and text with the owner. Our contract stipulates that, once the deposit is paid, a date for the work will be determined. That hasn't happened. We requested they establish a date or refund our deposit... no response. I'll update this review if they do one of those two things.
They are not addressing issues we have with the patio installation which consists of joint size and patio slope.
POL was incredibly responsive and professional to my request for a quote for my home improvement project. We had significant delays in the delivery of materials so did not move forward with them in the end but, would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is considering a project on their home.
Had their builder build a 15 foot diameter paver patio with a large stone fire pit and lit paver walkway. Brian did a phenomenal job, was easy to work with, was very flexible and responsive. Ian was responsive with customer service and offered some great ideas in design. Great job!
Had a good review of a potential project with the crew from Pacific Outdoor Living. Appreciated the honest feedback and thorough review pointing out any gotchas I had not thought of. Liked the no pressure interaction, and would recommend.
