Great friendly staff, what a brilliant range of earthmoving machines up to 60t, access up to 185ft. The staff know what they are talking about and very helpful

Good machines but customer service average .
Very poor customer service after their Generator broke down we hired while using it a huge charity event raising money for Cancer research . We had a mechanic on hand who took an hour to fix it thank fully as they sent it out to us with NO RADIATOR FLUID in it and it over heated right in the middle of service 500 people for lunch . I only asked for the delivery fee to be waived as a sign of good faith however was very rudely told by the manager that this was out of the question because we didnt call their on call team as per... read more
Absolutely ripped off, headachesand disgusting service. Had been dealing with these guys couple of times, was happy with their service before(even though dearer than other company). But recently, booked the scissor lift for one day. The account was deducted for one day and got the signed agreement also for one day. But later was charged for extra day saying I didn’t informed them for pickup, which I clearly mentioned on email(and the agreement doesn’t mention the off hire should be through phone).
