I went through this location on Tuesday & had a great experience! My barista was very friendly & made small talk with me. My drink was DELICIOUS! A blended mythical mocha never disappoints. Love this location & my barista 10/10 give it a try
I sat at the drive through window for 15min and not one person said hello or told me they would be with me a few minutes. There were 4 people working and at one point I was just staring in the window at all of them and not one person acknowledged me. After 15min of sitting here a lady came to take my order and didn’t even apologize for the wait and the worst attitude ever. Worst service I’ve ever seen at any coffee stand I’ve ever been to.
The lady serving us had a long line and then ends up serving someone like her family or friend she knows who pulled in line to AFTER bunch of other cars who were already waiting in line AND made us wait even longer then we already been waiting. She made their drink BEFORE ours AND we seen they didn't even have to pay for it or even wait as long as everyone else did. Love it everytime I go! Every drink has been delicious
I went to Bigfoot to use the deal on a free 16 oz drink with my loyalty number. The lady at the window knows this because we asked, she continued to charge us then finally said “you need to use your loyalty number” yeah, I know, you never asked. Then we decided to change our mind on our drink, which in hindsight is probably annoying, however I know that they get to keep those drinks and it was a 24 oz.
