I passed by at 1 pm on a sunday and I ordered a redbull drink with no topper. There’s a barista named Sandra who for the second time, shortened my drink. what’s the point of paying full price if I can see a noticeable gap of no liquid. she’s the only one who has this problem, I order with no topper with other baristas and they fill up my cup to the top with no problem.
The baristas here are so inconsistent! The morning girls know what they’re doing but the late afternoon/evening shift girls are terrible. This is what my iced white choc americano looked like! Why is there only 3 ice cubes in my Washington Americano. Please teach all your baristas how to make a proper Washington barista iced americano!!
Trash, never coming back here. disgusting tea!
