Pacific Heating & Cooling were able to assist me with the problem I was having. They did an excellent job. They discovered the problem and fixed it honestly without raising the price. Matt was our technician, and he did an excellent job! We will only ever work with this HVAC company again. I will prescribe this organization to every one of my loved ones! Call them if you want a reliable and honest HVAC company. You won't think twice about it.
This is a great business. I have moved to the West Coast and I'm renting out my condo in Houston and when the air conditioning went bad I hired Pacific Heating & Cooling to fix the air conditioner so my renter would be both happy and cool. I coordinated with Mike the owner and he did a great job working around my renters' schedule and fixing the air conditioning unit both quickly and very well at a great price.
Matt and his partner were incredibly professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The appointment was easy to book; the office communicated so well about the schedule and the appointment. The team that came was knowledgeable and professional. They said they would call 30 minutes ahead of time and they did! Both appointments were on time and both appointments resolved the issues with our two units and they are working optimally now. I will definitely be using this company again.
Really pleased with the work that your company did. The technician came out, fixed my problem, and didn't even charge me for it. I would recommend you to anybody I know that needs heating or air conditioning services done.
