I was looking for replacement hearing aids earlier in the year, and after conducting a market research, I purchased a pair of Signia from Pacific Hearing Care (PHC) at South Beretania, Honolulu. The setup of PHC with the manufacturer, the professionalism/friendliness of their specialists, and the care they provide to customers are the main factors for rating them 5 Stars. The Signia hearing aids are working perfectly for me. Thanks Glenn and Keisy.
My dad was in Hawaii for Christmas and one of his hearing aids stopped working. When I called their office on the afternoon of 23 December they had closed but arranged to meet us at their office so my dad could hear for the holidays. Amazing customer service and they were very helpful with the hearing aid app and the repair was very fast. 5 star service!

I found Pacific Hearing Care to be very professional and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know and followed up with several phone calls. I did need the hearing aid adjusted and they were able to do the adjustment the next day.
