Came to this clinic today. I met the so called doctor: a woman of at least 80 years, with the blue rings of Glacoma upon her eyes. Legally deaf and yet, she was there to confirm me disabled for the benefits I've long paid into Social Security. I expressed my concern for her Capacity to Practice Medicine?
