I have used this company several times when I needed transportation for large groups to an event. We have had excellent service every time. Daniel is meticulous when taking a booking. He wants to understand the pick-up and drop off expectations of our group so he can accurately plan the route and charge us the correct amount. Our drivers have always been on time, friendly and accommodating(which can be challenging with large groups). I will definitely use their services again in the future.

On July 6, 2018, our group of ten flew into Vancouver and had scheduled and paid for this company to pick us up and take us into downtown Vancouver. Upon gathering our luggage and clearing customs, we exited to find that we had no driver waiting for us. We were able to get ahold of someone who said he was there waiting an hour and because we were late, he left saying it is our responsibility to notify if we are going to be late. Took the Limo on Nov 24, 2017. Limo was good driver was good. Booked time from 5-6 pm arrived at our destination at 611pm, was charged an extra 55$ For being 11 min late. We took no stops and was in the limo on time. Asked why we were charged and was told it was the LAW! We will never use this limo service again. Never heard of a charge like this??? Just a quick money grab I guess
