Beware of their super strict covenant. If you want to do anything to your property it is quickly refused. No front fence is allowed for dogs or even children safety, any caravans or boats must be screened from the road or stored elsewhere, they even post out warning letters if you park your own vehicle in your own driveway and not in the garage. Great service from start to finish. Annette was excellent. She was interested, helpful but not pushy. I never had any misleading nor incorrect information. The blocks are good. I love looking at the kangaroos on the golf course. A great place to live.
