Painful to deal with, covenants especially. From the beginning, the covenants were an issue with their master plan wanting sheds in completely unsuitable areas of the block, the fencing rules ridiculous with zero consideration to privacy, and they eagerly contradict themselves with some houses allowed to build wherever they like and others I know of having to spend thousands to change designs to meet certain covenant criteria despite several examples in the location contradicting the standards.
