Purchased a new gwm cannon,very happy with the vehicle and sales experience. Booked in for 5000k service, was told to allow 2 hours and quoted a price. Note that vehicle was covered by fixing price servicing. On delivery for service was told that it would take 4 hours and would cost $50 more than quoted. 90 minutes after dropping the vehicle off it was parked outside service completed, 2 hours later and only after several complaints the paperwork was completed and I could leave. I had my Mitsubishi asx in for a service last Friday and I want to especially thank Matthew on the service counter for his excellent help. I needed my car back at a certain time and it was done. I believe Matthew had recently started his role there. You have a good guy working for you . Good customer service. Thank you Matthew.

A typical dealership where you have a variety of experiences. Generally speaking, mine have been good. My vehicle had a recall which was handled quickly and efficiently.

Unacceptable customer service – management needs to act I understand staff get busy, but there is no excuse for not even acknowledging customers who walk in. No eye contact, no greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly.” One staff member in particular is consistently arrogant, dismissive, and patronising when she does speak. This is not an isolated event. We would like to thank David, Trent and staff. They made our experience of purchasing our new Cannon dual cab so easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend Pacific Gympie if you are looking for a new vehicle.
