Really good experience here Tony was awesome every other dealership wouldn't fix my car under warranty due to mods and charged me to look at it Tony got warranty excepted straight away

I really tried hard to work with Pacific GWM, but unfortunately it's not me it's them. Particularly their service department. I purchased a car through them a year ago, and well that in itself was difficult when it shouldn't have been. No test drive (already had one), no need for finance, but they somehow found a way to screw it up. Nothing like the experience I had at their other outlets. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Trent, David, and the entire team at GWM Gympie. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful, honest, and easy to deal with.
