Scheduled an appointment for 3:00 Saturday. They text me at 2:00 saying they would see me in one hour. It's now 24 hours later. No text, no call, no show. Had a couple of people here to be involved also. Totally disrespectful company. If this is the way they respect potential customers and commitments, you'd have to be insane to commit to any business dealings with them.
If you need simulated turf, Rich is your guy. I called Rich for an estimate, and he came out the same day. The project was scheduled for just a couple of days later and was completed in one day. Rich and his entire team were very friendly and professional. The turf has been in for two months now and looks just like it did on day one. We even had a strong three-day storm recently with significant rainfall and no spots where the turf is bubbling up or sinking down.
