I purchased a used cart from Pacific Golf and had an issue with it sometime after the purchase. I contacted them and they were very gracious to me. Will at the shop was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Jason, Director of sales, was excellent. He responded immediately to my texts and resolved the problem. I would highly recommend working with Pacific Golf and Turf.

When I first bought my cart (used) it had some issues. I called Pacific Golf and they came to my house and picked up the cart and returned when it was fixed. I now have them do all my work on the cart and have been completely satisfied. Cory the service manager is super nice to work with. I purchased a trailer so they don't have to pick it up anymore, but they would if needed!
