My problem was as follows. All of a sudden, the bedrooms and office in the back of my house lost power. I called Pacific Gold Electric and spoke with the owner. Within an hour and a half, a clean and courteous technician came to my house, found the problem, gave me a written estimate. I called around to other electricians and found their estimate to be more reasonable. The technician returned and fixed the problem. The owner called me later to make sure everything was ok.
