Ordered a window and was told it would be in on Thursday or Friday. Called the company on Friday and was told it would be the next week. Was closing on my home and had to have the window or a letter from the company stating the window was ordered and would be installed. The company refused to install the window because I was too far from town and the installation would cost them time and money. Rather than do the right thing because their error, they hung up on me. Find another window company if you want good service.
Dan and his team are Great, They have some great ways to cut down on my Arizona utility bills. When they left it was like a new home. No Mess No Hassel! Did i mention the cost......I was very happy :) CALL THEM FOR THE BEST WINDOWS IN TUCSON
