originally had 9 windows replaced -had Al come back to replace one which had cracked. Asked him to replace to large pieces of glass which had started to deteriorate. Within one month one showed signs of not being sealed properly. He came-agreed to replace. Waited 3 months kept calling. He finally answered said the glass was in and it would be $275.00. WHAT?
