We had them come out and help us with a leaking window. It was a tiny job, but they were gracious with their time and knowledge to walk me through all of the mechanics of how our windows work, weep holes, expected behaviors. They seem like great people and I wouldn’t mind working with them again. I think there was a mixup where a lot of what we talked about didn’t end up in the estimate, just shortened to leaky window.
