Ordered gates. Been waiting 4 months. No reply no gates. Terrible company. AVOID
Ordered gate for customer in October 25’. As I followed up with the order they kept promising a ship date. Never shipped. Had to build our customer the gate ourselves. Now 4 months of waiting and have to fight with Visa for a refund of $1600.
Ordered gates 7-10-25 it's now 1- 7 -2026 and the gates are no where to be seen. There was zero proactive communication after the initial payment. I got strung along for months where I'd inquire and Dave the sales guy would tell me it's shipping next week. Today I received a reply that says to just do a chargeback. It's too bad because it appears they used to be a legitimate business (I've been by their address and can see gates and their name on the wall). It pains me to write a negative review of a local small business. However, this one shows signs of bankruptcy, so the public should be warned. It has now been 12 weeks since we ordered gates and accessories ($4,260) and copper caps ($400) from Pacific Gate Works. Gates and accessories were delivered damaged in torn boxes two weeks ago. Sent an inquiry through their website = no response. Sent an email = no response. Texted = no response. Placed a call = No call back. Folks, this is how you lose $5,000 for three gates. Bye.
